Education-Health Division

The Education Division provides legal counsel to the State Board of Regents and the ten state higher educational institutions:

• Snow College (snow.edu)
• Southern Utah University (suu.edu)
• Utah Valley University (uvu.edu)
• University of Utah (utah.edu)
• Utah College of Applied Technology (ucat.edu)
• Utah State University (usu.edu)
• Weber State University (weber.edu)

The Education Division provides counsel for the state agencies under the direct control and supervision of the State Board of Education. The division also handles delinquent student loan collection for the Utah Higher Education Authority, and delinquent patient account collection for the University of Utah Hospital.
