Employment Opportunities

The Natural Resources Division of the Utah Attorney General's Office seeks a seasoned litigator to represent state interests in the Public Roads on Public Lands (R.S. 2477) Project. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in natural resource or environmental cases, and will be familiar with legal and policy issues related to public lands. Applicants must have ability to manage, direct and organize litigation team. Excellent litigation, administrative law, research, and writing skills, along with Utah State Bar membership, are required. Real estate transaction/litigation experience also a plus.
