UTAH ATTORNEY GENERAL STATEMENT ON BCS
"Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff will be meeting soon with lawyers and investigators to discuss whether the BCS is violating any antitrust laws. They will discuss legal options that would promote free trade and decide whether an investigation is warranted. The Utah Attorney General's Office will also consult with Attorneys General from other states. Attorney General Shurtleff says this is a significant issue that affects thousands of athletes and millions of dollars."
