The Education Division provides legal counsel to the State system of higher education which consists of the following institutions:
Utah College of Applied Technology
In addition, the Education Division provides counsel for the state agencies under the direct control and supervision of the State Board of Education. The Division also handles delinquent student loan collection for Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority.
