Victim Services

Victim Services empowers individuals and guides them toward support and information

The Office of the Attorney General’s Victim Services section assists crime victims. We provide essential information and support throughout the criminal and judicial processes, ensuring victims can access the resources they need during challenging times.

Court Procedures:

The AGO Court Processes Brochure explains the procedures of the criminal justice system in detail. This resource offers valuable insights into the steps of the judicial process and provides clear answers to assist individuals in navigating the system with confidence.

VINE

VINE is an automated service that allows you to track the custody status of inmates in jail or prison via phone or the Internet.

As soon as you register, VINE will notify you of any changes in an offender’s custody status, such as release, transfer, or escape.

DIRECT VICTIM ASSISTANCE
