This month, the International Association of Chiefs of Police’s Police Chief Magazine featured an article co-authored by Utah Assistant Attorney General Dan Strong and Jane Anderson of Aequitas. The article, Forced Criminality, features an in-depth perspective on Utah’s approach to combatting human trafficking through the lens of the 2014 Victor Rax case.
