AG’s SECURE Strike Force Files 63 Charges on Behalf of 16 Victims and Obtains Denial of Bail for Victor Manuel Rax
March 27, 2014 – Attorney General Sean D. Reyes and Assistant Attorneys General Gregory Ferbrache, Donna Kelly, and Craig Barlow filed a Second Amended Information brief today in the Third District Court in and for the Salt Lake County, Salt Lake Division, State of Utah detailing 63 charges against Victor Manuel Rax (D.O.B. 1-1-1972). The charges were filed in behalf of 16 victims, 15 of which were children at the time of the offense. The AG’s Office also obtained a Denial of Bail order for Rax who was arrested by the AG’s SECURE Strike Force investigation team with interagency support on Feb. 11, 2014.
