Feb. 13, 2014 — On February 11, 2014 four search warrants were executed as a part of an investigation conducted by the Utah Attorney General SECURE Strike Force. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations agents assisted with the investigation and operation. Park City Police Department assisted in both the investigation and the executions of the search warrants and West Jordan Police Department, Utah Department of Corrections, Adult Probation and Parole and Highway Patrol assisted in the execution of the search warrants.
A press conference is scheduled to discuss the arrest of Victor Rax (D.O.B. 1-1-1972) for aggravated human trafficking, unlawful sexual activity with a minor, and unlawful endangerment of a minor. Investigators believe that there are many juvenile victims.
The Utah Attorney General SECURE Strike Force is asking the public to help identify other victims so that services may be provided to them and additional criminal charges against Rax may be considered.
