Alison Garner is an Assistant Attorney General in the Highways and Utilities Division at the Office of the Utah Attorney General. Garner’s practice areas include natural resources and environmental law, contracts, Tribal law, and real property.
She earned her B.S. in Political Science from Utah State University in 2000 and her J.D. from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2003. She is admitted to the Utah Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
