Charles Lyons is a Section Director in the Natural Resources Division, where he leads the Resource Development Section. He practices Natural Resources Law and Administrative Law with an emphasis in Wildlife and Law Enforcement.
Charles earned his J.D. from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, with a Graduate Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. He is a Dewsnup Natural Resource Law Scholar and O’Hara Natural Resource Law Fellow. He is admitted to the Utah State Bar.
Outside of work, Charles is a competitive youth soccer coach with Impact United Soccer Club in Salt Lake City.
