Commercial Enforcement

Jennifer Korb is an Assistant Attorney General in the Commercial Enforcement Division, where she represents the Utah Division of Securities in administrative and civil actions in state and federal court. Before public service, Jennifer practiced at Ray Quinney & Nebeker and Prince Yeates & Geldzahler. Her work focused on securities related litigation, including representing court‑appointed receivers in SEC civil actions, counseling clients under investigation by federal and state securities regulators, and representing creditors in bankruptcy litigation. She began her enforcement career at the Utah Division of Securities as a Securities Analyst, providing legal counsel to the enforcement section.

Jennifer is a former Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrator and former Chair of the Utah Bar Association’s Securities Section. She earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Utah. In law school she served as an Associate Editor for the Oregon Law Review.
