Kendall Wilkey

Assistant Attorney General

Education

Kendall Wilkey is an Assistant Attorney General in the Education Division, where he serves as on-site counsel at Southern Utah University, where he provides legal counsel on a range of issues, including municipal, labor and employment, and education law. His role involves advising the University on legal matters that affect both its operations and the University community.

Before his current role, Kendall practiced as an associate attorney at Antonelli Kantor Rivera PC in New Jersey, representing public and private clients in complex legal matters, including challenges faced by educational and governmental institutions.

Kendall earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University. He is an alumnus of Southern Utah University, where he earned a B.A. in English and Spanish Education and a Master of Public Administration.

Outside the office, Kendall enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, and a favorite slice of pizza with hot honey.
