Rosie McDonough is a seasoned paralegal with over 30 years of experience supporting attorneys, prosecutors, and investigators across civil, criminal, administrative, and corporate matters. For more than 20 of those years, she has served the Office of the Utah Attorney General, currently supporting the Commercial Enforcement Division’s Professional Licensing Section, which regulates licensing standards.
Rosie’s experience spans high-stakes areas including aggravated felony prosecutions, criminal investigations, employment litigation, and attorney discipline proceedings. She taken on many functional roles including grant management, software/legal process, administrative leadership roles supporting executive operations, personnel matters, and facilities management.
Her legal career began in Scotland as a paralegal for private law firms, and she supported the President of the Law Society of Scotland while attending law school. She later relocated to Utah, where she has since become a longtime member of the Utah State Bar’s Paralegal Division and a licensed Notary Public. Known for her reliability, initiative, and strong communication skills, Rosie brings decades of legal and administrative expertise to every team she supports.
