Smith Stubbs is an Assistant Attorney General in the Torts Section of the Litigation Division of the Office of the Utah Attorney General. His practice focuses on tort law, including wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Stubbs earned his B.S. in economics from the University of Utah and his J.D. from the University of Idaho.
