Commercial Enforcement

Stacey K. Baird is an administrative legal assistant for the Commercial Enforcement Division of the Office of the Utah Attorney General. Stacey works with all the attorneys dealing with different clients such as Consumer Protection, Division of Professional Licensing, Division of Securities and Division of Real Estate. She assists the attorneys with coordinating and scheduling meetings and interviews, maintaining calendars, phones, entering Class Action Fairness Act Notices, mail, opening and closing cases, updating Office case sheets, organizing binders, scanning and printing documents and other various tasks.

Stacey has been with the Office for 19 years and has over 38 years of legal assistant experience. Before taking the position in Commercial Enforcement Division she worked in the Division of Highways and Utilities. She has worked in many areas of law including eminent domain, estate planning, family law, personal injury, bankruptcy and litigation.
