Steve Geary serves as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Appeals Division. He earned his B.A. with honors from Stanford University in 1990, then went on to the University of California, Berkeley College of Law, where he received his J.D. in 1994 and served on Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California from 1994 to 1995.
